Health Inc. is the governance structure for the joint ventured entities of the Mercy Medical Center-Sioux City and St. Luke's Regional Medical Center. The Health Inc. Board of Directors, comprised of representatives from both Mercy Medical Center-Sioux City and St. Luke's Regional Medical Center, are members of this board. Their leadership and willingness to partner for the good of the Siouxland community has been a foundation for Hospice of Siouxland to thrive and develop.
